Position Overview : We are currently seeking a part-time Office Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment.

We would consider a seasonal hire for the right person (May-August).

Responsibilities :

Manage office administrative tasks including answering phones, handling correspondence, and organizing files.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events as required.

Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory management.

Support HR functions including onboarding new hires and managing employee records.

Collaborate with team members to facilitate effective communication and workflow.

Assist with bookkeeping and accounting responsibilities.

Assist with Customer Service roles & responsibilities.

Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Requirements :

Previous experience in office administration or a related field preferred.

Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Drive.

Proficiency with QuickBooks preferred.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
