Front Desk Receptionist, Bartram Assisted Living, Part-Time

Job Title

This position is located at our Bartram Lakes facility located on our beautiful 115-acre campus in Bartram Park, Fla. Responsibilities :

• Receives hospital guests, ascertains needs, and directs guests appropriately.
• Courteously answers the phone and takes accurate messages.
• Answers routine questions regarding departmental policies, operations and procedures.
• Checks appointment schedules and directs or escorts guests to appropriate office or departmental area.
• Completes assignments of special projects by designated deadlines.
• Responsible for admitting patients as needed.
• Monitors patients in lobby area.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Hours : Part Time, 20 hours per week

Location : 6209 Brooks Bartram Drive, Building 200, Jacksonville, FL 32258

Compensation : Experience, education and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
