Job Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab Technologist with 2+ years of diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath lab experience and current RCIS, BLS, and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a cardiac catheterization lab performing diagnostic and interventional procedures
  • Adult cardiac and peripheral vascular patient population
  • May float to other units within clinical scope as needed
  • Day shifts available : 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 00 PM or 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM, 5x8 hour shifts
  • Weekend call coverage may be required
  • Uses Epic for charting
  • Responsibilities include performing all cardiac cath lab and peripheral interventions
  • Scrubs are provided
  • Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to receive travel rates
  • Local candidates are accepted at a different rate

    • Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in both diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath labs
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and CCI RCIS certifications required
  • EP lab experience is a plus
  • Valid state license or certification required at the time of consideration if applicable
  • Proficiency with Epic EMR is required
