Job descriptionDesign products with the end-user in mind. Collect data and ideas from the target user. Research brands, culture, products and marketing. Conduct interviews, surveys and evaluations including fields tests to unlock potential opportunities then ensure they meet the user's needs. Satisfying the end-user is the goal and this requires collaboration and influence. Collab with Design teams, Product Strategy, Engineering and Marketing. Work closely with cross functional teams to plan research initiatives Define research goals Define workstream plan and timeline Deploy the right research methods Collect data and perform interviews - Synthesize data - Storytelling and influencing with your insights
