Registered Nurses RN

We are seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse to join our amazing team.

As our Registered Nurse , you will serve as a key member of the clinical team, providing training and education to clients, and families to maximize the physical well-being and safety of clients.

Responsibilities :

• Evaluation of all health related information which is included in client medical histories / referral information.
• Develops and monitors appropriate procedures for client medication management and maintains client health records as required.
• Evaluates the medical status of clients and coordinates required referrals to medical and health-related professionals, as needed.
