Business Development Representative (BDR)
Location : Austin, TX (Hybrid : 2-3 days in-office / week)
Start Date : June 17th
Company Overview : We are a dynamic and growing company in the Public Sector space. We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our sales team.
Position Overview : As a BDR, you’ll play a crucial role in driving our business growth. You’ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, engaging with potential clients, and setting up meetings for our sales executives.

Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to identify potential clients.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria and set up introductory calls or meetings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Research and stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system.
Qualifications :
- 1+ year of Sales Experience : You’ve successfully worked in a sales or business development role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Cold Calling Skills : You’re comfortable making outbound calls to enterprise-level clients.
- Bachelor’s Degree : A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Public Sector Experience (a plus) : If you’ve worked with government agencies or have experience in the public sector, that’s a bonus!
Compensation :
- Base Salary : $60,000 per year
- On-Target Earnings (OTE) : Up to $85,000 (includes commissions and bonuses)
