Full-Time and Part-Time positions open!

Hourly rate starts at $17.50 plus commission (after 90 days goes up to $18.00)

Ensure complete guest satisfaction and provide all guests with a successful experience during their stay, thru check-in and checkout, and by providing information and services in order to both meet and exceed guest needs and expectations. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices and procedures.

Job Focus :

Focus is on, but not limited to the following :

• Check guests in and out of the hotel in a confident, professional and friendly manner.
• Complete all checklist items for the appropriate shift.
• Review special requests / needs and assist with the pre-blocking of rooms / suites.
• Maintain complete knowledge of :
