Job Summary / Objective

Essential Functions
- Must have plumbing and hot water heater knowledge / experience (3-5 years experience preferred).
- Sell company products to outside customers that meet the customers needs.
- Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
- Meet or exceed the expectations of our customers by providing superior service and positive experience.
- Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
- Negotiate pricing with customers and could meet or exceed sales quotas at an acceptable profit-margin.
- Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
- Generate price quotes after meeting with customers which meets their expectations and quality standards.
- Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
- Host customers and potential customers for entertainment events.
- Sales territory will include Twin Cities, NE & W Minnesota, North Dakota
Competencies
Trades knowledge (Electrical, Mechanical, plumbing, boilers, hot water heater experience)Associates Degree or Bachelors degree in Marketing, Sales, Business preferred OR at least two years of related sales experience required.Jobsite troubleshooting experience.Effective sales & negotiation skills.Self-motivated, ambitious, driven personality.Leadership & management skills, detail orientedPresentation skills.Customer Service oriented with a positive disposition.MicroSoft Office 365, various MSA Software and manufacturing systems, platforms and programs.Business Acumen, strong analytical and problem solving skills.Sence of urgency with ability to multi-task.Ability to work with minimal supervision.Maintain professional image as a representative of the company.Available and able to travel frequently.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.Ability to travel frequently, including some overnight travel.CORE VALUES at Michel Sales Agency
