Founded by three seasoned attorneys, Turner Ross Germain is now led by managing partners Valerie Ross and Meredith Germain, who have practiced together since 2011 and bring over 50 years of combined legal expertise. As they revamp the firm's systems, brand, and team structure, they are building a foundation for long-term success - and inviting driven professionals to grow alongside them.

With that in mind, the firm is hiring a Case Manager to play a critical role in client care, file progression, and operational coordination. This person will be hands-on from day one, managing files from intake through demand preparation, and serving as a direct point of contact between clients, providers, and attorneys.
