Analytics Developer

Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights? Do you thrive on creating innovative solutions that drive business success? M3 Insurance is seeking a talented Analytics Developer to join our Applied Intelligence team and help shape the future of data-driven decision-making in the insurance industry.

As our Analytics Developer, you'll be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge data solutions. You'll leverage your expertise in analytics, AI, and machine learning to create powerful applications and dashboards that deliver real-world value to our employees, clients, and partners.

This role is perfect for a tech-savvy problem solver who's excited about working with diverse datasets, building scalable solutions, and pushing the boundaries of what's possible with data analytics in the insurance sector.

Design and develop responsive web-based data applications and interactive dashboards using JavaScript, Python, HTML, and SQL.

Implement AI and machine learning models to drive process improvements and uncover advanced insights.

Create and maintain APIs to streamline data integration and ensure data accuracy across platforms.

Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to design tailored data solutions that meet evolving business needs.

Identify and implement process improvements through automation (e.g., RPA) to enhance efficiency.

Stay at the cutting edge of data analytics technology, continuously improving our development processes and capabilities.

Contribute to the organization's data strategy, ensuring alignment between data products and long-term business goals.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

2-5 years of experience in analytics development or a similar role.

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python, and SQL, with experience in frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Strong background in data manipulation and analysis using Python libraries (Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib).

Experience with machine learning frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud-based data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake).

Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure) and version control systems (Git).

Experience with API development and consumption.

Knowledge of Generative AI development is a plus.

AWS certifications (e.g., Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect) are highly desirable.

Join M3 and contribute to a team that values client support, effective communication, and quality assurance. Apply now to be a part of our dynamic Personal Lines team!
