Position Description

Job Title : Housekeeper

FLSA : Non-exempt

Reporting Functions : Reports to the Director of Priest Services; no reports.

Job Function : Responsible for the cleanliness of Holy Family Villa. Ensure that residents' suites and bathrooms are cleaned daily. Common areas are cleaned on a regular schedule, including the porches and patio. Responsible for laundry of residents.

• $500 sign on bonus

Working Conditions : Housekeeping in a personal care environment. Must be able to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 6 : 00 AM- 2 : 00 PM. Salary range is between $14.50 -$17.50 an hour with a $500 sign-on bonus available. Start date of December 1, 2025.

Physical Requirements : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position requires the use of cleaning supplies and harsh cleaning chemicals; must be capable of using all supplies efficiently and safely and follow all facility safety policies. This position is active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing. The employee must safely lift and / or move items over 50 pounds.
