Position Summary
Walmart is opening its third owned and operated milk processing facility in Robinson, Texas, scheduled to begin operations in 2026. The state-of-the-art facility will process and bottle a variety of milk options including Gallon, Half Gallon, Whole, 2%, 1%, Skim, 1% Chocolate Milk, and Cream for Walmart's Great Value and Sam's Clubs Members Mark brands. This new facility represents Walmart's commitment to building a more resilient and transparent supply chain, sourcing high-quality milk primarily from Texas dairy farmers to serve more than 750 Walmart stores and Sam's Clubs throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and parts of Arkansas and Mississippi.
What You'll Do
Lead and develop teams by hiring, training, mentoring, and managing associates while fostering a culture of belonging. Support inclusive practices that make every team member feel valued and respected.
Drive operational excellence by managing workloads and work plans to meet deadlines. Monitor performance, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operations using automated systems and data.
Ensure compliance and integrity by upholding company policies, ethics, and safety standards. Promote the Open Door Policy and guide associates in ethical decision-making.
Optimize logistics and quality by maintaining procedures and documentation to ensure compliance with logistics, safety, and quality standards. Use data to identify and implement operational improvements.
Collaborate and communicate by building relationships with stakeholders, sharing progress, and aligning team efforts with business goals.
Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency. Adapt to change and promote learning across the team.
Resolve challenges by addressing associate concerns and operational issues by coordinating with managers and subject matter experts.
Supervise and guide associates by directing, assigning duties, monitoring performance, and providing feedback. Identify training needs and support continuous learning, coaching, and development.
Perform sanitation tasks to meet food quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR Associates Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 1 year of Walmart Logistics Management experience OR 2 years of experience in dairy processing, manufacturing, or food processing.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year of supervisory experience OR 3 years of supervisory experience in dairy processing, manufacturing, or food processing.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00 - $98,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) - Stock.
