Responsibilities (Part-Time Evenings)

Provide health care services in client residences;

Assist with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing and grooming;

Assist with administration of simple prescribed medications;

Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies / exercises ;

Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc.) and report on their condition;

Maintain patients care records and document provided services;

Perform light housekeeping tasks;

Accompany to doctors office or other appointments;

Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support.
