Job Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day Workday HCM administration and operational support within a three-person admin team.
- Collaborate on compensation review , total rewards , security , and other Workday-related troubleshooting requests.
- Support sprint cycles, backlog management, and small Workday projects.
- Triage and resolve user requests, data issues, and process errors.
- Participate in planning sessions, security reviews, and documentation updates.
- Connect functional areas (HR, Security, Compensation) to clarify ownership and process flow.
- Support ongoing security remediation and access cleanup initiatives.
- Assist with Compensation Review cycle optimization and HCM Core configuration stability.
- Partner with HR stakeholders to improve efficiency and user experience across Workday modules.
- Manage responsibilities autonomously within a self-managing, collaborative team environment.
- Proven experience supporting Workday HCM Core and related modules (Security, Compensation, Reporting).
- Strong troubleshooting and solutioning skills — able to handle ambiguous issues, plan fixes, and participate in standups or planning sessions.
- Comfortable working across functional teams to resolve unclear or cross-owned issues.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, highly ambiguous environment with multiple stakeholders (HR, platform owners, product managers).
- Local to Seattle metro area (or willing to relocate within short timeframe).
Nice-to-Haves
Familiarity with Core HCM configuration and cross-functional troubleshooting.Prior exposure to security cleanup, compensation review cycles, or adaptive planning tools.
