As a Primary Care Physician here, youll have the time, resources, and support to build trust, form lasting relationships, and guide people through every stage of their health journey. This role is for a physician who cares about people, stories, and community, someone who believes healthcare should be human, inclusive, and grounded in compassion.

You wont just be a doctor. Youll be a healer, a listener, an advocate, and a teammate, someone your patients remember not only for your expertise, but for how deeply you valued them.

What Youll Actually Do :

  • Perform comprehensive health histories, physical exams, and in-office procedures for patients of all ages
  • Formulate diagnoses, develop treatment plans, and communicate them clearly to patients
  • Prescribe and manage medications, including controlled substances, per regulations
  • Order, review, and follow up on labs, imaging, and other diagnostics in a timely manner
  • Coordinate care with specialists, case management, and allied health professionals; supervise PAs and NPs as needed
  • Document encounters in the EMR, participate in quality improvement, and respond promptly to patient inquiries

Who You Are (a.k.a. Our Dream Match) :

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school; board-certified / eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Active CA medical license and DEA registration and current BLS certification and any specialty-required credentials
  • Experience in primary care, with a strong understanding of HMO care delivery and coordinated care
  • Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills

    Base Salary Range : $240,000 $340,000 annually (based on experience, skills, and performance metrics)
