Responsibilities :

• Support daily operations of the repair facility, ensuring timely processing of incoming and outgoing devices.
• Coordinate with technicians, customer service, and logistics teams to maintain smooth repair workflows.
• Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment; track usage and reorder supplies as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, shipments, and compliance documentation in accordance with FDA, ISO, and company standards.
• Assist with packaging, shipping, and receiving medical devices and components.
• Prepare operational reports and update tracking systems to ensure visibility of repair progress.
• Support audits and compliance checks by ensuring documentation and processes are up to date.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Work closely with technicians, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely turnaround of devices.

Pay Details : $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
