My client is an established general contractor based in the suburbs of Chicago specializing in multiple sectors such as commercial, tenant improvements, mixed-use, light industrial, financial institutions and various other projects across the Chicagoland area & Midwest.
They are looking for an experienced Traveling Superintendent to manage ground-up and tenant buildout projects ranging from $100K-$20M.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum of 5+ years of Construction Superintendent experience managing commercial projects
- Willing to travel full-time across the Midwest
- Proficient in Procore & Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated and excited about the construction industry
- Excellent customer service skills and experience when handling client communications
OFFER :
- $100,000-$140,000 (based on experience)
