LPN- Rapid Access/Transfer Center/Staffing (Nights)

Overview :

The Rapid Access Center or Hub is responsible for three main roles; getting patients into the correct room (patient placement);

scheduling staff into most parts of the hospital (staffing); and coordinating patients who want to transfer in to a Mercy Hospital in the East Region.

We support all of the East Region Hospitals (the East Region is St. Louis, South, Washington, Jefferson, and Lincoln)

Qualifications :

• Education : Graduate of a State Board of Nursing approved Practical Nursing Program.
• Licensure : Current LPN licensure with the Missouri State Board of Nursing.
• Must be IV Certified by the Missouri State Board of Nursing.
• Experience :
• Inpatient experience required.
• Critical Care experience preferred.
• Certifications : Must have a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within their probation period.
