Do you have a passion for helping others and creating a safe, welcoming environment? The YMCA of the Roses is seeking compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented Overnight Shelter Associates to join our Low Barrier Shelter at the Clay Street Shelter  in Lancaster City . In this role, you'll support guests overnight, maintain a respectful and secure environment, and be a steady presence for those who need it most.

Hours :

7 : 00 p.m.–7 : 00 a.m.
