Senior ServiceNow ITOM / ITAM Consultant

A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM Technical Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business consultants and provide technical oversight to the implementation team

Implement software solutions using ServiceNow tools and maintain existing service catalog workflows

Lead workshops and execute discovery runs to ensure functionality and validate data collection

Required Qualifications

5+ years of ServiceNow technical experience

Current certifications : ServiceNow System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist - Discovery, Certified Implementation Specialist - SAM

Advanced skills in configuring and supporting ServiceNow, including architecture experience

Experience implementing ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping

Strong ITIL methodology competency
