Senior Principal Engineer Systems Architect – Infineon Technologies

As a Sr. Principal Engineer Systems Architect, you will lead architecture of next-generation low-power, ML-centric, and connected MCU products. You are a proven technical expert in SoC architecture with subject matter expertise in low power, ML and wireless (BT & Wi‑Fi) products. You are proactive with strong balance of technical expertise and excellent communication and documentation skills.

In your new role you will :

• Lead architecture of next-generation low-power, ML-centric, connected MCU products
• Drive product performance, power, and area requirements and analysis from product and system perspective
• Work closely with product line management and customers to define product requirements and roadmap
• Support business strategy with technical analysis of new markets and products
• Establish strategic relationships with customers and vendors
• Work closely with the Platform architecture team to coordinate Platform roadmap enhancements with product roadmap requirements
• Work closely with IP teams to coordinate IP roadmap requirements aligned to product roadmap
• Work closely with software team to guarantee consistent and effective hardware / software interface
• Guide design teams productizing SoC and IP (design, verification, implementation)
• Drive continuous improvements of design flows and work methods
• Contribute new ideas towards patent generation and innovation activities driving differentiated products and solutions
