- Collaborate with various departments to address customer needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain service consistency.
Requirements :
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities for effective customer concern resolution.
- Analytical mindset to assess customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer interactions.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Experience working with customer support.
