We are looking for caregivers who are interested in working a graveyard shift with adults with developmental disabilities.

These are 11pm-7am shifts (24-32 hours / week) and experience as a caregiver or DSP is preferred.

Benefits

$20.00 / hour

Hire on / Stay on Bonus! $500 after completing your 90 days + $500 after 6 months with all training completed

Work a 2 day on / 2day off / every other weekend shift

75 Hours of Paid Caregiver training-done on Zoom during the daytime

Medical / Dental / Vision / HSA / life insurance benefits after 60 days (must work avg of 30 hours / week)

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting individuals with their personal care- bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting / personal hygiene
• Daily tasks include light housekeeping, laundry, and keeping the home comfortable and safe
• Plan meals, shopping for groceries, preparing and serving meals / snacks
• Accompany individuals to scheduled medical appointments
• Accompany individuals on fun community activities (movies, swimming, bowling, trips to the beach, shopping at the mall, etc.)
• Assist individuals with self-administration of medications
• Document services provided using computer

Requirements

• Be at least 18 Years or older
• Must be able to provide proof of completed Covid vaccination record
• Be able to Pass a Washington State Criminal Background Check
• Have basic computer skills
• Have good verbal and written skills
• Have the Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., twist, turn, sit and stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to complete our Virtual New Hire Orientation and Core Classes and training to obtain your 75-Hour Certificate
