Job Title : Scheduling Assistant

Location : Allentown, Pa

Serve as central point of contact for all incoming customer calls / emails Address customer questions / concerns as much as Delegate to appropriate individual / group if unable to address Log customer calls and report out weekly

• Assist schedulers with initiative-taking customer contacts throughout job scheduling process
• Provide clear guidance for customers on pre-job requirements (ex. Inspection due dates, physical work to be complete before work is executed, setting up new meter account, etc.)
• Schedule customer appointments, issue reminders / confirmations
• Maintain log of all communications to report out weekly
• Close work orders at request of scheduler
• Function as customer point of contact for select jobs Schedule temporary interruptions
• Provide other scheduler assistance as needed
• Assist in creating work packets
• Assist in processing bundled job cards
• Assist in WO close out Schedule temp disconnects
