INTERN - IT MICROSOFT 365 ENGINEER

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES :

• Contribute to Nintendo's IT SaaS Hosting team in supporting SaaS applications and platforms
• Collaborate with IT professionals on security and compliance initiatives related to cloud-based data sharing and communication platforms
• Monitor and report usage trends and potential issues within M365 applications, supporting continuous improvement
• Participate in troubleshooting sessions to resolve end user challenges with M365 applications, documenting solutions for future reference
• Contribute to knowledge base articles and FAQs addressing common questions and best practices for cloud collaboration
• Research and understand the latest advancements in Microsoft platforms and services by proactively exploring new tools and development practices

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS :

This position is onsite in Redmond, WA, and not open to remote status at this time.

This internship includes a base pay rate of $30 per hour, paid sick and safe time, and perks such as a local transit pass and access to the onsite fitness center. Given the limited duration of the role, interns are not eligible for full-time employee benefits such as healthcare or 401(k). #LI-DNI
