Your Role
Operational Management : Steer the ship of daily operations, ensuring we're sailing smoothly towards efficiency and financial effectiveness. Continually refine operations, implement innovative solutions, and instill a culture of lean management.Business Development : Chart out and execute growth strategies to expand our customer base and enhance our position on the map. Discover new business areas and assess their alignment with our mission and values.Partnership Management : Establish, manage, and maintain relationships with our partners and suppliers, like the diplomatic genius you are. Seek out and negotiate partnership opportunities that align with our strategic objectives.Stewardship : Be the keeper of our commitment to preservation and authenticity. Ensure our storage and fulfillment practices are of the highest standard, and that we continue to assist collectors in cherishing their investments.Customer Centricity : Lead the charge to enrich the customer experience. Anticipate customer needs and market trends, and tailor our services to meet these needs. Our Offer
Annual salary of $85,000 - $90,000 depending on experience, with potential for growth as we scale our operations in the collectibles industry. A yearly bonus is also on the table for successful business development and partnerships.
The General Manager will report directly to the CEO and will play a critical role in the leadership of the company.
