Position Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring our community’s facilities, equipment, and grounds are maintained to the highest standard. The Maintenance Technician will handle routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and emergency requests, all while prioritizing the safety and well-being of our residents, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on building systems, equipment, and grounds.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff.

Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and other building systems as needed.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Assist with emergency preparedness and respond to urgent maintenance issues.

Maintain accurate records of work performed, inspections, and supply usage.

Provide courteous and respectful service to residents, always supporting a positive living environment.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications preferred.

2+ years of maintenance or facilities experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.

Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active role.

Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Flexibility to respond to after-hours emergencies when needed.

If the position applied to is not located in Colorado, the following information may not apply. Pay Range Minimum : $16.04 per hour ; Maximum : $17.53 per hour. The base range represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage, disability insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off (PTO), Employee assistance program.
