Project Raise Program Specialist
The Project RAISE Program Specialist works collaboratively with administrators, faculty, staff, and students at California State University, Fullerton (CSUF) and partner community colleges to develop and coordinate educational support services, research opportunities, and internship opportunities for CSUF students interested in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) majors and fields. The Program Specialist will support the RAISE Transfer Program, research activities at CSUF, outreach activities, and student staff development. The program has a focus on development of STEM transfer students. The grant is funded through 2028, contingent on satisfactory performance to meet goals. Program website : www.fullerton.edu / raise
Essential Duties
ACCOUNTABILITY : Performance will be evaluated on the demonstration of skills in areas such as communication, supervision, and administrative responsibilities. Performance will also be evaluated on the achievement of specific goals and performance of job functions as described in the grant.
Qualifications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
EDUCATION : Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required. Master's degree is strongly preferred.
