Additional pay for performance bonuses. Be attentive and extremely courteous to our guests. Be knowledgeable and capable in describing key attributes of the Häagen-Dazs product to guests. Be knowledgeable of all recipes presented in the menu. Weigh all cups and ingredients in our recipes before mixing and / or serving the guests. Follow the correct ice cream scooping method. Maintain a neat and clean personal appearance. Report to work on time and as scheduled, wearing a complete uniform. Willing to perform all assigned activities. Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment. Ability to resolve guest concerns with empathy and care. Prior customer service experience a plus but not required.

As a Retail Sales Associate, some of your core activities will include :
- Prepare frozen desserts that include ice cream scoops, Dazzlers, Shakes, Smoothies and Cakes.
- Operate the point-of-sale register, processing orders and accepting payments.
- Clean-up and organize customer area, production area, and back-room / storage.
- Prepare and re-stock ingredients.
- Perform all activities outlined in shift management procedures.
