Martinelli Plumbing & Heating Inc. is looking for a driven and results-oriented HVAC & Plumbing Sales Representative to generate new business and expand our client base. This is a commission-based sales role with strong earning potential, ideal for a go-getter who thrives on cold calling, marketing, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities :

• Proactively generate leads through cold calling, networking, and door-to-door sales
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities with property managers, management companies, apartment complexes, mini-malls, and commercial properties
• Build and maintain a book of business, expanding our client base in residential and light commercial HVAC & plumbing services
• Conduct on-site assessments and provide customized solutions for clients' HVAC & plumbing needs
• Close deals and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
• Collaborate with the service and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Stay up to date on HVAC & plumbing products, industry trends, and competitive offerings
• Meet or exceed sales targets to maximize commission earnings
