Salary : Dependent on experience ($89,027 $129,100)

Schedule : Full-time, Days (Rotating Weekends)

Join Our Leadership Team :

Seeking a Director of Cardiopulmonary Rehab to lead and manage our expanding Cardiopulmonary and Neuro-diagnostic services.

Our 250-bed facility is renowned for pioneering minimally invasive surgery and comprehensive stroke care. As a Director, you will oversee the technical, fiscal, and administrative activities of the department, ensuring alignment with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Role and Responsibilities :

• Direct and manage all aspects of Cardiopulmonary and Neuro-diagnostic Services.
• Ensure services comply with the College of American Pathologists standards, JCAHO, and all relevant regulations.
• Develop policies and procedures to meet these standards.
• Maintain department competence in patient care across all ages.
• Establish working relationships with key stakeholders to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited School of Respiratory Therapy.
• Minimum of five years' experience in Respiratory Care, with at least two years in a managerial / supervisory role.
• Must hold a current Florida License as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.

Must have BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Must have experience in Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation.
