A company is looking for a MMS Customer Technology Service Desk Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support for customer and employee inquiries regarding various products via phone, email, and a ticketing system
Act as the knowledge expert on proprietary product offerings and assist in resolving connectivity and web-based issues
Coordinate resources needed to support and resolve customer issues effectively
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
0-1 years of experience, with vocational qualifications preferred
Intermediate experience with MS Office (Word, Excel)
Experience with escalation and ticketing systems
Basic knowledge of computer technology and web navigation
Authorization to work in the U.S. without company support
