Bilingual Call Center Representative
Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Bilingual Call Center Representative!
Position type : Fulltime Contract-to-hire
Location : Syracuse, New York
Job / Shift Hours : Monday-Friday, 8 : 15am-5pm, 2-days remote, 3-days in office
As a Call Center Representative you will :
- Answering inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
- Make outbound calls with changes and update new schedules and notes in database
- Communicate with customer via email as needed
- Provide pertinent information to customers
- Research and resolve any issues
- Process payments while remaining in compliance
- Maintain data integrity to assure notes and schedules are created effectively
The ideal candidate will have :
- 2+ years of call center experience preferred, customer service experience required
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong computer skills required
- Must have a strong attendance record and good references from previous employers

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :
Pay Range* : $18.50 / hr
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
