Responsibilities HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER : Horizon Health is seeking a Human Resources Manager for our BRAND NEW unit in Grand Forks, ND.

This unit will be a 24 bed inpatient unit for both adult and pediatric patients. We are also planning to expand to an additional 24 beds in .

Altru Health System and Universal Health Services are working together in expanding inpatient behavioral health services.

• Responsibilities : New hire processing and follow up, onboarding and orientation Processing employee actions and submitting personnel action forms Responding to employee relation questions and concerns HR related communications and reporting Facilitates employee training as needed Provider credentialing;
