• Job Description : \n\nWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a contract basis in Columbus, IN. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing high-quality dialysis care to patients with chronic kidney disease and acute renal failure. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and deliver compassionate care.\n
• Key Responsibilities : \n\n– Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans for dialysis treatment.\n\n– Operate dialysis equipment and ensure proper functioning and safety protocols.\n\n– Monitor patients during dialysis treatment, including vital signs and overall well-being.\n\n– Administer medications and manage fluid balances as prescribed.\n\n– Educate patients and their families on dialysis procedures, care plans, and lifestyle adjustments.\n\n– Collaborate with physicians, dietitians, and social workers to provide comprehensive patient care.\n\n– Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.\n\n– Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines.\n
• Qualifications :
• \n\n– Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana.\n\n– Minimum of 1-2 years of dialysis nursing experience.\n\n– BLS and ACLS certification.\n\n– Proficiency in operating dialysis equipment and managing dialysis treatment.\n\n– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.\n\n– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\n\n– Excellent organizational and time-management skills.\n
