As part of our Global Operations Business Unit -ensuring excellence in execution from procurement to supply chain and reliability, delivering quality, safety, efficiency, and sustainability across the value chain-we are seeking a Contract Manufacturing Manager to join our team remotely, reporting to New Century, KS.

Where You'll Make a Difference

• Lead the development and execution of contract manufacturing capabilities for the Ingredients business.
• Manage the start-up of new manufacturers and transfer of new products into existing toll manufacturing facilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Safety, Health & Environment (SHE), Quality, Supply Chain, Technology, Legal, Sourcing, and Business Units to ensure successful partnerships.
• Oversee day-to-day production execution and performance of toll manufacturers.
• Ensure compliance with internal audit requirements across SHE, Quality, and Finance.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics for contract manufacturers, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive competitiveness by exploring innovative manufacturing solutions and optimizing external capacity.
• Lead the development of new product introduction processes for contract manufacturing operations.
• Travel approximately 25% to support supplier relationships and project execution.
