A company is looking for a Freelance Japanese / English linguist.
Key Responsibilities
Translate written materials between Japanese and English for video game projects
Occasionally provide live interpreting support for meetings or discussions
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and cultural nuance in all game-related communications and content
Required Qualifications
Japanese / English bilingual
Proven experience in translation or localization, ideally within the gaming or entertainment industry
Strong cultural awareness and ability to convey nuance naturally
Reliable availability and quick response during Pacific time
