Job Description

We've spent decades working hard studying, advancing, and obsessing over the many technical fields that go into audio products : acoustics, psychoacoustics, electronics, transducers , and more. Transducers are the back bone of our products. We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Transducer Engineer to join our transducer development team.

Responsibilities

• Engineer new audio transducers (moving coil, microspeakers) from feasibility to mass production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, with emphasis on supporting Automotive Theater and OEM customers.
• Define transducer specifications and recommend solutions for future products.
• Analyze acoustic data (MATLAB), perform failure / competitive analysis, and oversee measurement consistency across labs.
• Develop / improve tools, fixtures, and measurement capabilities.
• Communicate technical findings to suppliers, OEMs, and internal teams.
• Act as SME for acoustic measurement best practices and validation.
