Job descriptionAHA BLS for Healthcare Providers within 60 days. Must successfully complete Freeman UAP program within 90 days of hire Must successfully pass Patient Care Orientation (PCO) within 30 days of hire. NT Competency Day annually by transcript due date. Certification preferred and / or experience as a Nurse Tech / Assistant in a hospital setting. - Located on the second floor at Freeman Hospital West
- Cardiology is a fast-paced, high-energy, procedurally driven unit caring for patients with cardiac or vascular ailments
- 45-bed unit focused on "anything and everything HEART!"
- Bedside care is delivered by a team of high-quality nursing staff consisting of Registered Nurses, New Graduate Nurses, Unit Techs and Unit Secretaries
What You'll Do
Under the direction / supervision of a nurse, provides basic nursing care needs for assigned patients.
