Director of FP&A

A company is looking for a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Lead budget, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning processes

Develop financial models for strategic initiatives and performance evaluation

Provide data-driven insights on financial performance and enhance reporting tools

Required Qualifications

10+ years of progressive finance experience, with 5 years in FP&A leadership

Experience in private equity-backed or fast-paced growth environments

Proficiency in FP&A tools, ERP systems, and business intelligence platforms

MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred but not required

Experience with financial reporting for Boards, lenders, and investors
