Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for global benefits and leave of absence administration
Collaborate with benefits vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate enrollment and positive employee experiences
Enhance the global leave of absence process through improvements, automation, and compliance efforts
Required Qualifications
Experience in benefits administration and leave of absence management in the USA, Germany, and core EU countries
High degree of personal accountability for data accuracy and ability to manage tasks autonomously
Proactive mindset with interest in process improvement and workflow automation
Ability to use HRIS / benefits platforms
Passion for the Total Rewards field and willingness to learn about compensation and equity principles
