Job Details

The Manager of Commercial Operations is essential in driving the success of projects and initiatives within the organization. This role works closely with product leaders to promote and support the development of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), establish standard practices in innovation project management, and coordinate activities across diverse teams. As a pivotal member of the commercialization team, you will manage daily operations, execute strategic plans, and provide guidance on potential risks and impacts. You'll have the opportunity to interact with a variety of stakeholders, contribute to the innovative solutions we offer, and support product leaders in fostering a culture of accountability and progress.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Project Management :

Lead and support the execution of the commercialization function for various products / services / solutions.

Deliver timely updates to leadership on project status and challenges.

Identify and manage potential project risks proactively.

Experience and Qualifications :

A minimum of 5 years in project management or related roles.

Adept in project management with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Salary Range

Salary range for this role is $88,700 - $126,940. This range reflects a national average; actual salaries may differ based on location and relevant factors.
