Key Responsibilities
Oversee the lifecycle of customer contracts, including drafting, processing, and renewals
Manage renewal timelines and communicate terms and pricing updates to customers
Collaborate with sales and legal teams to ensure compliance and consistency in contracts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
1-3 years of experience in contract administration or customer operations within a SaaS or technology company
Experience with CRM and contract management tools (HubSpot, PandaDoc preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to analyze contract data and identify improvement opportunities
