Accounts Receivable Manager

As an Accounts Receivable Manager in our Infusion Accounts Receivable (A / R Department), you will oversee the day-to-day operations of A / R teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of all Patient Financial Services (PFS) activities with a focus on driving cash collections and mitigating bad debt. You will lead employee meetings, and manage budget preparation, strategic planning and expense control in areas assigned. You will also assist management with meetings with key payers to discuss reimbursement issues and payer publication notices affecting claims processing changes. Required Qualifications
5+ years of related revenue cycle experience within patient financial services. 3+ years of MS Office suite experience.
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of management / supervisory experience within healthcare reimbursement or third party insurance / billing. Preferred candidates will have experience in home healthcare and have a certification with Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) or have a certified revenue cycle representative certification.
Education
Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent years of related work experience.
