Oryon is in search of an Account Executive located in the Oklahoma City area. This role will make outgoing calls to close new accounts, take reorders, visit accounts in-person and become an intricate component of our progressive team environment.
The right person for this opportunity will have previous knowledge and experience in sales within the cannabis industry and will enjoy building relationships with customers and other industry influencers with the goal of creating positive brand interactions.
Responsibilities :
Complete market research and generate leads to find new account opportunities
Make numerous outgoing sales calls to existing accounts to build relationships and take reorders
Run sales reports by customer to find insights and opportunities to grow with our existing customer base.
Field incoming calls from existing and prospective customers and assist with product and order inquiries
Assist the remote sales team with in-person dispensary visits to close the account
Participate and contribute to team sales meetings; communicate growth opportunities and challenges to the team
Complete weekly reporting for CRM activity and sales results
Qualifications :
2 years of sales experience; phone sales experience a plus
Knowledge of the cannabis industry
LeafLink and Distru systems experience a plus
Reliable transportation and laptop
Perks :
Full time : 40-hour work week
Base Pay plus commission
Commission paid monthly for new accounts and reorders
