What You Will Do as the Sales Trainee :

• Represent AT&T products and services directly to customers in person.
• Communicate product features and help customers choose the right solutions.
• Drive new customer acquisitions through one-on-one interactions and events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and maximize exposure.
• Support daily operational goals and help streamline customer outreach processes.
• Track personal performance goals and report sales progress to management.
• Contribute to Sales Trainee team training sessions and share best practices.
• Maintain a positive, customer-first attitude in every interaction.
