We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist . The IT Specialist ensures smooth operation of computer systems, offering technical support to users, installing / maintaining hardware, and software, and resolving issues promptly.

Details :

Schedule : Monday to Friday; 8am to 5pm (On-Site)

Annual Salary : $30 per hour (daily OT after 8 hours)

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain efficient internal computer systems with minimal downtime.
• Research and propose software / hardware solutions to the Executive team.
• Install, maintain, and procure licenses for hardware / software.
• Oversee hardware repairs and vendor work.
• Monitor technical performance, suggesting necessary improvements.
• Ensure system security and backups.
• Monitor network traffic, advising on resource needs.
• Assist users with technical queries, emphasizing proper procedures.
• Setup and maintain IT infrastructure, including telecom and customer PCs.
• Adhere to company policies.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 1 year of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of security management, LAN / WAN networks, and network protocols.
• Proficiency in system administration and hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with VMware, backup solutions, and storage.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends. (Overtime Pay)
