About the Company

Our client is known for crafting one of the most strategic, process driven logistics solutions that has changed the standards in multiple marketplaces.

With a nationwide footprint, they leverage their network to deliver quality and reliable services and put a strong emphasis on continuous growth.

The team is extremely busy, and your main focus will be to provide additional operations support. You will work closely with an experienced system analyst and ensure the environment runs smoothly and efficiently.

Your responsibilities include monitoring, managing, updating, and capacity planning for physical servers, virtual machines, Azure resources, backup systems, and storage systems.

Additionally, you will also be responsible for administering Active Directory, DNS, Office 365 Suite, SharePoint, and other enterprise applications.

This is an opportunity to work on a lean team and gain exposure to a multitude of technologies. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be a true team player! This is a contract with potential to hire role that offers a hybrid work schedule with onsite 2 / 3 times a week.

Minimum Experience

• At least 5 years supporting Windows environments.
• 5+ years of Active Directory experience (creating group policy, patching, setting up accounts, etc.)
• 3+ years working in an Azure environment.
• Experience doing projects and support.
• Ability to write SQL scripts from scratch.
• Automation experience is a must!
• Proven experience configuring, monitoring, and managing Sigle-Sign-On (SSO).
• Hardware configurations (Servers, switches, firewalls).
• Experience with VLAN, TCP / IP, Protocols, DNS.
• VMware support and configuration.
• VPN Configuration / support.
• Support Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Experience deploying software packages.
• PC / Laptop set up and confirmation.
• Day to Day ticket support
• Experience working in the supply chain / logistics industry extremely desirable.
• Relevant certifications are a plus!
