Role Description

Dr. Van Krueger, a private practice orthopedic surgeon specializing in Shoulder and Sports Medicine, is seeking a full-time Lead Medical Assistant to join his growing team. This is an on-site position based at Ortho Missouri in Creve Coeur, MO.

This role is ideal for a highly organized and proactive individual who enjoys both clinical and administrative coordination. You will manage Dr. Krueger's overall schedule — ensuring appropriate time is blocked for clinic, surgery, meetings, and marketing commitments — while keeping day-to-day operations running efficiently.

You'll work alongside another medical assistant and serve as the team lead, delegating tasks, supporting clinic flow, and ensuring all duties are completed accurately and on time.
