Job Title : Senior Catering Sales Manager

Department : Catering Sales
Reports to : Director of Catering
Direct Reports : Position Summary :
Qualifications Required :
- A minimum of three to five years of experience in a Sales or Catering office capacity
- Know the New York Market and can proactively prospect
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality is a plus
- Must be computer literate and have excellent Microsoft Office and internet skills
- Knowledge of Delphi is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, ability to multi-task in fast paced
- Environment and professional appearance is required
- Must be proactive, self-motivated and an excellent team player
- High energy and positive attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Can negotiate agreements
- Good time management skills
- Strong communications skills
- Knowledge of overall hotel operations and how they affect each department
